Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors verifying identification and/or credentials and following site-specific access procedures for the location.
• Monitor front desk activity answer phones assist with visitor check-in processes and document security-related events incidents and/or unusual activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents questions and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts visitors and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining awareness of entry points monitoring assigned systems and/or cameras at the desk and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Support emergency response activities by providing directions sharing timely information and following post orders for the retail location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
