Job Summary

Human Services Professional Part-Time (30 hrs/week)

Brown County CCS Benefit Eligible

Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI (LSS) is seeking a part-time benefit-eligible Human Services Professional (30 hours/week) to support the Brown County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program. This role provides parent education skill-building and psychoeducation services for children adults and families.

Services are delivered in the community including homes schools and public locations and require frequent travel within Brown County and some evening hours based on client need.

What Youll Do

Provide individual skill development parent education and psychoeducation services
Support clients using trauma-informed person- and family-centered approaches
Participate on recovery teams and collaborate with clients families and clinicians
Complete documentation time reporting and maintain client records
Coordinate services and connect clients to community resources
Maintain a flexible schedule based on client need

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a human servicesrelated field (e.g. Social Work Psychology Counseling Human Services Criminal Justice Community Mental Health or related)
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and ability to meet LSS driving requirements
Ability to work independently manage time effectively and document accurately
