As a Music Therapist You will:

• Assess patients functional status musical responses and preferences

• Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients meet goals

• Deliver music therapy using instruments singing movement and listening

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly and update care team

• Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate changes in patient condition

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care

• Participate in meetings training and quality improvement initiatives

• Educate patients families caregivers and staff on treatment plans

• Bachelors degree or higher in music therapy from an AMTA-approved program

• Board-certified (MT-BC) by CBMT

• Preferred: 2 years clinical music therapy experience

• Valid drivers license with insured reliable vehicle

• Strong verbal written communication and organizational skills

• Understanding of hospice philosophy and end-of-life issues
