JV Volleyball Coach
Radnor High School
Additional Requirements:
- Completion of PDE required training (on-line training courses)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.
Additional documents that are required for employment but are not required in order to apply:
- Current (less than one year old) clearances: PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)PA Criminal Record Check (Act 34) and FBIFingerprint Record (Act 114)
- Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form (PDE-6004); this form is required of all prospective employees under Act 24 of 2011.
- Required Test for Tuberculosis (within three months)A TB test is a state-mandated requirement for employment with the district.
- Completion of PA Act 168 Disclosure Release Form(s) selected candidates only
