Job Summary
Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices
Facilitate benchmarking studies working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights
Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector
Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain providing comparative analysis of features costs and scalability
Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration and support in developing and maintaining SOPs to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

Required Skill and Experience
Expertise in Java Python SQL REST Assured Kafka event-driven testing microservices automation Azure Cloud.
Experience building automation frameworks from scratch using design patterns (POM Factory Builder BDD).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices (Jenkins Git branching automated gating).
Experience with logging/monitoring tools such as Kibana Splunk Elastic.
ISTQB CTFL certification (preferred).
Preferred Skill and Experience
Experience implementing automation for mobile and chatbot systems.
Knowledge of parallel execution regression optimization and test data provisioning frameworks.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Strong analytical skills for debugging distributed systems and identifying root causes.
Strong communication client engagement and consulting skills.
Additional Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
