Ultrasound Technician- OBGYN
Location: Wading River NY

With academic affiliations and a state-of-the-art freestanding outpatient Cancer Center we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care through innovative technology and expert staff. Our facilities include chemotherapy administration Radiation Oncology Pharmacy and a Research department.
By joining our team you will work in a collaborative environment where patient care and safety are top priorities. Your expertise will contribute to advancing diagnostic accuracy and improving patient outcomes.
In This Role You Will:
Perform a wide range of ultrasound exams including general vascular cardiac and small parts in an outpatient setting.
Prepare preliminary written impressions and communicate results to radiologists / cardiologists.
Maintain and document regular equipment maintenance.
Review and execute current lab protocols and assure emergent tests are expedited.
Assist doctors with outpatient-related procedures/biopsies.
Follow and understand all radiology policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Demonstrate excellent communication organization and computer skills.
We Require:
Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program or equivalent.
RVT and/or ARDMS (AB) certification required.
Bachelors or Associates degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
RDCS/Echo experience is a plus.
What We Offer:
Starting Salary: Up to $55 per hour based on experience and certifications.

Hours: Ranging from MondaySaturday.
