Outside Sales Representative (B2B Commercial Sales)

Garage Headquarters is hiring a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business development in the commercial garage door and loading dock industry.

This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting cold calling and closing new accounts not account management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts (B2B sales)

- Generate leads through cold calling job site visits and networking and referrals

- Sell commercial garage doors loading docks service contracts and repairs

- Build relationships with general contractors property managers warehouses and industrial clients

- Conduct site visits identify needs and present solutions

- Manage and grow a sales territory

- Track pipeline activity and meet sales goals

Qualifications :

- 2 years of outside sales / B2B sales / field sales experience

- Experience in construction industrial service or building products sales preferred

- Strong prospecting skills (cold calling lead generation closing)

- Ability to work independently and manage a territory

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Valid drivers license

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary commission
• On-target earnings: $110000
• Uncapped commission structure
• Vehicle allowance
