Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Marion IN. The Architect will collaborate with clients to design and develop innovative architectural solutions that align with their goals and budgets. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs managing projects from concept to completion overseeing integration with other disciplines and ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met. The Architect will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide functional sustainable and community-focused designs. The ideal candidate will have 10 years minimum experience and a desire to mentor younger staff in the office.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Project Management including planning execution coordination and budget maintenance
Familiarity with Indiana Building Code and industry standards
Excellent problem-solving collaboration and communication abilities
Professional degree in Architecture and relevant licensure is required
Detail oriented driven team leader with ability to problem solve and pivot when obstacles arise from schematic design through construction administration
Proficiency in Revit (family-building experience is advantageous)
