Job Summary
Mike Rezi Auto Group has an immediate opening for an EXPERIENCED Finance Manager at one of the highest volume stores in the Upper Cumberland region. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to easily earn a six-figure income working with a fun energetic and customer-centric team that strive to be the best. Candidates should be driven energetic and personable individuals capable of working with a winning team.
Responsibilities:
- Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and options.
- Secure the best financing options for customers while maintaining a clean CIT.
- Understand and comply with federal state and local regulations that affect dealership finance departments.
- Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealerships financing and F&I products.
Requirements
- Previous dealership F &I experience with a proven history of success.
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Integrity a positive attitude and strong work ethic required.
- Positive Customer Satisfaction mind-set.
- Team-oriented
- Valid drivers license with good driving record
- Respect for others and strong moral fiber
