Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role is ideal for candidates who can manage a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality patient-centered care focused on improving mobility and functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with outpatient orthopedic conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Educate patients on rehabilitation exercises recovery plans and injury prevention
Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently

Work Environment & Expectations:

Outpatient orthopedic setting
Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
Average 1214 patients per day
Double-booking of follow-up visits may be required
May be required to float to nearby clinics
Opportunity to participate in a multi-clinic travel team
Overtime must be approved in advance

Required Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
