• Inspect residential and multi-family remedial foundation repair jobs prior to installation.
• Verify work aligns with engineering drawings job specifications and company standards.
• Document finding with photos reports and corrective action recommendations.
• Partner with Sales and Production teams to ensure job quality aligns with customer commitments.
• Track trends and identify recurring quality issues to recommend process improvements.

• Experience in construction structural repair or related field (foundation repair)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and engineering reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills; able to deliver constructive feedback effectively.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel on occasion

• Detail-orientated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Professional customer focused demeanor.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel tools for reporting and documentation.
• CAD experience preferred
• Team player with the ability to lead by example

• Starting salary is $50000 for entry-level candidates with higher compensation considered based on experience.
