Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to all internet leads (website and third-party sources)
• Build and maintain a prospecting pipeline
• Communicate with customers via phone email and text
• Provide pricing financing options and vehicle availability
• Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective buyers
• Present and demonstrate vehicles in-person and online
• Assist customers with credit applications (online and in-store)
• Follow dealership sales processes and best practices
• Stay up to date on product knowledge certifications and market trends
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed and earn based on performance
• Experience providing excellent customer service
• Automotive experience is a plus but not requiredwe will train the right candidate
• Outgoing relationship-driven personality (people person)
• Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
• Comfortable asking for the sale and closing deals
• Basic computer skills (email internet CRM systems)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Steady work history

Requirements

• Availability to work Saturdays and some evenings
• Valid U.S. Drivers License
• Must pass background check motor vehicle report and drug screening
