Job Summary
The Associate Client Services (Associate) is accountable for assisting in the management and development of existing client relationships and ensuring that exceptional service is always provided to ADM clients.
This role serves as a key relationship contact for clients and supports business development efforts through proactive communication conference participation and client visits. The Associate must demonstrate confidence professionalism and the ability to represent ADM in external settings.
This position requires obtaining the Series 50 license. The first attempt must occur within six (6) months of hire and the license must be successfully obtained within twelve (12) months of hire.
Description of essential duties and responsibilities
- Instrumental in successfully on-boarding new clients.
- Conducts regular client check-in calls to deepen relationships and identify service opportunities.
- Demonstrates account management tools e.g. Secure Portal to clients and prospects.
- Coordinates deposit withdrawal transfer requests and vendor payments.
- Reviews account statements and other analytics with clients.
- Provides solutions and identifies opportunities for growth.
- Assists with CD process coordination and related client communications.
- Ensures compliance with ADM policies and procedures.
- Maintains knowledge of core products and services and refers clients and prospects accordingly.
- Represents ADM at client meetings conferences and industry events.
- Ability to travel to meet clients and prospects. Estimated travel time 5-10%.
- Assists sales team with relationship support and follow-up efforts.
- Coordinates across departments to ensure seamless client experience.
- Assists with development of policies and procedures to standardize functions within the department and organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrates professional conduct and interacts in a positive manner with co-workers clients and business partners.
- Participates in ongoing professional development and training programs to further develop knowledge and skills.

Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in business or related field.
- Must obtain and maintain the Series 50 license. First attempt must occur within six (6) months of hire and the license must be obtained within twelve (12) months of hire.
Communication
- Strong human relations skills to interface with staff at all levels inside/outside of the organization. o
- Excellent written and verbal communication negotiation and relationship management skills required as this role interacts with staff at all levels.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to apply the following mathematical concepts to practical situations: fractions percentages ratios and proportions.
Computer Skills
- Ability to use various computer applications such as: MS Office (e.g. Word Excel Outlook etc.).

The employee must occasionally (1/3 time) lift and/or move up to 25 pounds to move items such as storage boxes and supplies. The employee must display sufficient close distance peripheral vision depth perception and ability to focus to perform job duties.
