What Youll Do:

Provide clinical leadership across ER and specialty services
Mentor and develop DVMs and medical team members
Collaborate on hospital strategy culture and growth
Maintain a meaningful clinical presence

DVM/VMD with ER and/or specialty experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for team development and high-quality medicine
