Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a secure healthcare environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing services including patient assessment medication administration emergency response and coordination of care. This role requires strong clinical judgment attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a structured setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including assessments treatments and medication administration
- Execute provider orders and assist during examinations and procedures
- Conduct routine patient evaluations and maintain organized clinical workflows
- Administer medications and ensure accurate documentation per established protocols
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate care
- Perform intake assessments and identify patients requiring advanced care
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate transitions of care as needed
- Supervise and support nursing support staff to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate secure and confidential medical records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies procedures and regulatory standards
- Promote a safe and organized clinical environment
- Provide patient education and support as appropriate
- Assist with reporting documentation and audit processes
- Participate in quality assurance and accreditation activities
- Handle incident reporting and maintain proper documentation as required
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma or Degree in Nursing)
- Active RN license in the state of employment
- Valid drivers license required
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a structured and secure environment
