Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lab Technologist to perform complex laboratory testing and support daily lab operations within a pathology and chemistry setting. This role ensures accurate results regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care while collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory testing in accordance with established protocols and standards
• Ensure accuracy reliability and timely reporting of test results
• Support and oversee daily laboratory operations as needed
• Maintain compliance with safety regulatory and quality standards
• Assist in supervising and guiding laboratory staff when required
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation records and reporting procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant laboratory experience
• Strong experience in chemistry laboratory testing
• Licensed or qualified Clinical Lab Technologist (CLT)
• Bachelors degree in Biology Chemistry Medical Technology or Physical Sciences
  (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience overseeing laboratory operations
• 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
