Job Summary
HealthPartners is looking for a Pediatric Dentist to join our Dental Servicesteam. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.
Highlights/Responsibilities of this role include:
Clinical Care
- Provide pediatric dental care to infants children adolescents and pediatric patients with special needs
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions in children including cavities gum disease and malocclusions
- Perform preventive restorative and emergency dental procedures
- Conduct restorative procedures including fillings crowns and other dental work.
- Educate patients/families on oral hygiene and preventative care
Collaboration & Professional Practice
Partner with medical care providers throughout the multidisciplinary HealthPartners system to address totalbody inflammation connected to oral health conditions.
- Collaborate with general dentists hygienists oral surgeons prosthodontists and other healthcare providers.
- Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and treatment planning
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency
Must be BE/BC in Pediatric Dentistry
MN Dental licensure and DEA registration
