Financial exposure preferred but not mandatory

Core Responsibilities

Daytoday client contact for smaller to midtier clients
Assist with:
- Account opening
- Asset movement
- Navigation of systems and platforms
- General inquiries and issue resolution
No direct transaction processing but ownership of inquiry through resolution

Skills & Tools

Client communication via phone and email
Microsoft Dynamics for client correspondence and tracking
NetX360 as the primary client platform (used transparently with clients)
