Description

Project Admin - Norristown PA (HYBRID) Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

The Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and coordination of project and daily operations supporting PSCs and IOPs.

Pay range: $22.25 per hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills training experience education and where applicable certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities

Team Coordination: Coordinate furniture moves scheduling contractors ordering signage supplies and equipment for new PSC/IOP facility work orders collaborating with vendors and PS Management.

Organizational Skills & attention to detail: Track PSC/IOP project statuses updating supporting systems and documentation and processing purchase orders.

Communication/collaboration: Works closely with supervisors/managers on repair and maintenance issues IOP openings and closures supply orders and equipment requests.

Problem solving/Decision Making: Monitor and track purchase orders and invoices understanding repair and maintenance issues and identifying alternative solutions and working to improve tracking and documentation.



Qualifications

Required Work Experience:

  • 2 years in an administrative role


Preferred Work Experience:

  • Scheduling and planning experience

Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel PowerPoint Word etc.)
  • Experience Sharepoint


Skills:

  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize plan and organize
  • Excellent communication and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
  • Associates Degree or equivalent business experience (preferred)
