What Youll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated design solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring strong relationships and clear communication
• Guide project vision aligning design intent with budget schedule and client goals
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously maintaining quality and momentum
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants throughout all phases of development

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture
• 8 years of professional experience in commercial design
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and client relationships
• Proficiency in design and documentation tools such as Revit and related software
• Knowledge of building systems codes and construction processes
