Berkley One Classics Intern

Berkley Classics provides coverage for customers who own antique classic and exotic cars. Other vehicles we entertain also include antique trucks farm vehicles motorcycles and snowmobiles.

The Berkley One Classics Intern will support agency quoting and endorsement support. Key functions will include but are not limited to:

• Manage the UT workflow inboxes.
• Send letters and signature forms for the UWs when applicable.
• Assist with routing renewal and claim review files for the Underwriters.
• Review incoming attachment files from agents and BOSS.
• Route change requests for restoration updates odometer reading routing to service if valuation changes are requested.
• Perform outreach to agents for photos for endorsement approval items.
• Guide agents or assisting agents with rush requests/questions.
• Project work for the team leader and/or COO.
• Post car show event follow-up and performance analysis.
• Project work related to dealer partner relationships.
• Back up phone assistance for Direct market
• Salesforce lead generation for Direct market
