Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for end-user devices and enterprise applications.
Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams and OneDrive.
Integrate Microsoft 365 and Azure with third-party systems including AI platforms SSO and security solutions.
Administer and configure MDM platforms: o Microsoft Intune for Windows devices o Kandji for macOS devices
Operate and maintain on-premises and Azure-based storage solutions for backup and data protection.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced endpoint issues across:
o macOS environments (approximately 85% of endpoints)
o Windows environments (approximately 15% of endpoints)
Implement and enforce security policies compliance standards and device configurations.
Collaborate closely with Tier 1 support teams and escalate complex issues when required.
Monitor system health and performance; proactively recommend improvements.
Support identity and access management and change management using Azure AD / Entra ID.
Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations processes and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in IT support systems administration or a similar role.
Strong hands-on knowledge of: o Microsoft 365 administration o macOS and Windows troubleshooting
Practical experience with Intune and/or Kandji.
Solid understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID including Conditional Access.
Experience operating enterprise storage solutions (e.g. Qumulo or equivalent).
Working knowledge of network fundamentals (routing DNS DHCP VPN).
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in cloud-first or cloud-native environments.
Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell and/or Bash.
Knowledge of security best practices and common compliance frameworks.
Relevant certifications such as:
o Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
o Apple Certified Support Profession
