Position Overview

As a Licensed PracticalNurse (LPN) you will provide hands-on bedside nursing care in a warm homelike setting.

This role is rooted in clinical excellence and connectiongiving you the time and support to truly know your residents while delivering high-quality holistic care alongside highly respected geriatric physicians.

What Youll Do

• Provide direct bedside care including medication administration and treatments
• Conduct clinical rounds and monitor resident conditions
• Collaborate closely with care partners interdisciplinary team members and Duke geriatricians to support resident wellness
• Communicate changes in condition and coordinate care with physicians and pharmacy partners
• Contribute to care planning and documentation to support individualized care
• Build meaningful connections through thoughtful compassionate communication with residents and their families helping them feel informed supported and truly cared for
