Duties and Responsibilities

• NO Experience needed - Willingness to learn new skills
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living such as bathingdressing toileting incontinence care mobility assistance meal preparation
• Occasional transportation - examples Dr. Appointments Daily Errands
• Perform light housekeeping duties- sweeping light laundry linen changes dishes after meals
• Perform tasks on care plans designed by care coordinator
• Great communication skills with client and office
• Monitor report and document changes in behaviors and physical condition
• Companionship

Requirements

• 18 years of age
• Drivers License
• Reliable Transportation
• Social Security Card

• Day Shift

Skill or experience providing supportive care to elderly individuals in their own home. Care may include assisting with daily living tasks such as companionship bathing dressing cooking or cleaning. Caregivers help clients perform basic tasks. As well as provide companionship and emotional support. Additionally they may be responsible for driving and escorting patients to appointments grocery trips and other important errands. They may also help the client with mobility tasks such as getting out of bed and being pushed in a wheelchair.
