As a Part-Time Teller you will play a vital role at your branch for both your teammates and UW Credit Unions members. Your job is to make a positive impact on members lives by accurately and enthusiastically performing a variety of transactions to meet their needs. What Youll Do

• Welcome and assist members at the Oconomowoc branch representing UW Credit Union.
• Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
• Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services.
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.
• Follow UW Credit Unions Cash Management policies and procedures.
• Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members.
• Build relationships with members understand their needs offer recommendations and make referrals when appropriate.
• Look for ways to exceed our members expectations.
• Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs.
