- Prepares ingredients for the hot production by assembling ingredients.
- Follows proper food handling techniques according to HACCP and local agencies.
- Serves as a quality assurance control point for every aspect of the production program.
- Adheres to Customer Service Performance expectations. Takes ownership of customer satisfaction both internal and external customers.
- Assists in creating special preparations and presentations for catered events as needed.
- Trains new staff. Acts as a coordinator in absence of Manager/Coordinator.

Skills:
Ability to measure accurately and perform basic math skills.
Familiarity with personal computer and nutrition-related software strongly preferred.
Skill in proper operation of food production equipment (ovens vertical cutter mixer etc.).
Effective verbal communication skills required in interactions with department staff.
Experience:
Two years of experience as a full service restaurant line cook caterer or room service cook required.
