Key Responsibilities
- Drive the recruitment and awarding of new franchise partners across targeted markets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified franchise candidates.
- Ensure candidates are thoroughly vetted and aligned with the brands culture operational standards and growth expectations.
- Recruit train and coach Franchise Development team members.
- Establish performance expectations and monitor key development metrics.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the franchise development team.
- Continuously improve the franchise development pipeline and candidate qualification process.
- Ensure all candidate interactions follow a disciplined and consistent sales process.
- Monitor and improve key conversion metrics throughout the development funnel.
- Host and oversee Meet the Team Day experiences for franchise candidates.
- Evaluate candidate readiness cultural alignment and operational capability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership in final candidate evaluations.
- Lead candidate discovery calls and guide candidates through the franchise evaluation process.
- Facilitate Decision Day conversations following Meet the Team Days to advance qualified candidates toward franchise award.
- Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation channels.
- Ensure a consistent flow of qualified franchise candidates through multiple acquisition channels.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with franchise brokers and external development partners.
- Maximize high-quality candidate referrals from broker networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Franchise Partners to support candidate validation calls.
- Ensure candidates receive authentic insight into the franchise opportunity.
- Track and report weekly monthly and quarterly development metrics.
- Analyze performance data to improve franchise development outcomes.
Skills Traits and Competencies:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5 years of franchise development or franchise sales experience
- Experience leading or managing franchise development teams preferred
- Strong negotiation presentation and relationship management skills
- Microsoft Office (IntermediateAdvanced)
- CRM and franchise development pipeline systems
- Zoom / Microsoft Teams
- Franchise development reporting tools
