What Youll Do

• Performadvanced diagnostics and complex repairson residential HVAC systems
• Review completed HVAC installations and service work forcode compliance safety and quality standards
• Identify root causes of recurring system issues and recommend corrective action
• Serve as atechnical resourcefor field technicians offering coaching and guidance when needed
• Verify system performance airflow refrigerant charge and controls operation
• Ensure all work aligns withF.H. Furr quality standards manufacturer specs and industry best practices
• Document findings clearly and professionally
• Represent F.H. Furr with acustomerfirst solutionsfocused mindset

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of handson HVAC service experience withstrong diagnostic depth
• Expert knowledge of residential HVAC systems (gas furnaces heat pumps ACs controls)
• Proven ability to troubleshootnonroutine highlevel technical issues
• Strong understanding of airflow electrical systems refrigeration and combustion
• EPA certification required (NATE certification strongly preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workmanship quality
• Strong communication skillscalm clear and professional
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
