Lube & Express Service Technician – Entry Level

Job Description

Bismarck Motor Company is hiring a full-time Lube & Express Service Technician. This is an entry-level position no prior automotive experience required. Youll receive hands-on training from experienced technicians and build the skills for a long-term career in automotive service. Positions are available at both our Bismarck and Mandan ND locations with clear paths for advancement.

As a Lube & Express Service Technician youll perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes tire rotations fluid checks filter replacements and basic inspections all under the guidance of experienced technicians. Youll gain real experience with automotive diagnostic tools shop safety and customer service in a fast-paced Express Service environment.

Qualifications :

No prior automotive experience required we provide full hands-on training. Were looking for mechanically inclined individuals who are eager to learn and want to build a career as an auto technician in the Bismarck & Mandan ND area.

Requirements:

Valid drivers license

High school diploma or GED (preferred)

Mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in automotive work

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Successful completion of pre-employment background check driving record review and drug screening
