Job Description

Reporting to theDistributionManagerKellyZimmer-OttotheWarehouse Associate IIis responsible forthetimelyandaccuratematching packing and shipping of all customer orders. Strong attention to detail ability to work in a teamenvironmentand pride in work is what we look for in our associates.

This position is part of theWarehouseDepartmentandislocatedinRomeoville Illinoisand will beon-site.

In this role a typical day will look like:

• Verify items ensuring order accuracy.

• Pack quality products according to standard work and regulation set by compliance department ensuring qualityproducts aresafely delivered tocustomers.

• Pack hazardous and non-hazardous orders according to pick ticket instructions.

• Audit and inspect orders before staging and include checking for proper labeling and verifying that the documents match the cartons packed.

• Escalate inventory inaccuracies to inventory control.

• Investigate aged and missing orders.

• Comply withcompany safety & housekeeping policies.

• Complete daily and weekly 5S.

• Participate in meetings projects (planning and implementation) Kaizens cross training andassistintrainingnew employees.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 3 months of prior packing experience.

• High School Diploma or GEDrequired.

• Ability to read write and speak English is language skills are a plus.

The compensation for this role is $20.60.
