Job Summary
Eide Kia Mandan is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Kia Parts Counter representative in Mandan this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking Kia parts providing expert assistance and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct Kia parts and accessories.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts stock.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to order and track parts as needed.
- Support service department by providing timely parts availability and information.
