Inova Fairfax Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Radiologic Technologist Extern to join the team. This role will be PRN.

Radiology Extern 2 Job Responsibilities:
- Assist technologist with imaging procedures and may position patient for specified X-Ray exams according to department protocols/procedures and transport/escort patients as necessary
- Adhere to established departmental policies procedures protocols objectives quality assurance programs safety and environmental standards.
- Works well with all Radiologists to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
- Ensures equipment functions cleanliness of work areas and preparation of exam room and patient.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education:High School or GED. Full-time student in good standing in an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- Certification:Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
