Key Tasks & Responsibilities: |
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Tasks will include but are not limited to: - Maintains professional & positive attitude when answering calls & patient/office interaction
- Actively listens to patient concerns or needs and forwards information to Office Manager Regional Director & Training & Development Manager & Sr. PSR Answers directs and provides information and assistance to all callers
- Answers directs and responds to all emails from &
- Answers directs and responds to chat line for &
- Consistently monitors any voicemail messages for prompt response
- Contacts all potential new patients from all marketing events
- Contacts all promotional requests received online and schedules accordingly
- Keeps up to date with all promotions new providers schedule and location
- Documents all interactions in appropriate system updates call log and promotion log
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a positive attitude and top-notch customer service skills
- Work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment

- Computer proficiency
Job Specifications: - High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 2 years of dental office experience
- Denticon and Dolphin experience is preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to lift 15-20lbs
- Please note this position is in office - not remote.
