The Patient Service Representative (PSR) acts as a central administrative liaison bridging communication between patients and the dental office to support a seamless and positive patient experience.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Tasks will include but are not limited to:
Maintains professional & positive attitude when answering calls & patient/office interaction
Actively listens to patient concerns or needs and forwards information to Office Manager Regional Director & Training & Development Manager & Sr. PSR Answers directs and provides information and assistance to all callers
Answers directs and responds to all emails from &
Answers directs and responds to chat line for &
Consistently monitors any voicemail messages for prompt response
Contacts all potential new patients from all marketing events
Contacts all promotional requests received online and schedules accordingly
Keeps up to date with all promotions new providers schedule and location
Documents all interactions in appropriate system updates call log and promotion log
Other duties as assigned

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Possess a positive attitude and top-notch customer service skills
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment
Professional appearance and manner
Computer proficiency
Job Specifications:
High School Diploma or GED
A minimum of 2 years of dental office experience
Denticon and Dolphin experience is preferred
Bilingual is a plus
Ability to lift 15-20lbs
