Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Coordinator to provide clinical mental health services within a structured care environment. This role involves conducting assessments delivering counseling services and developing individualized treatment plans while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health screenings and comprehensive clinical assessments
- Develop implement and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Provide counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in health records
- Ensure strict confidentiality of patient information
- Apply evidence-based psychological counseling techniques
- Address mental health needs based on individual evaluations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
- At least 2 years in a similar or leadership role
- Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Mental Health Counseling or related field
- Active LPC LCSW or LMFT license in the state of Texas
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of mental health assessment and treatment planning
- Ability to work effectively in a structured and secure environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid drivers license preferred
