The Position: The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) leads clinical strategy provider oversight and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with federal state and HRSA regulations. They play a critical role in advancing clinical excellence improving patient outcomes and aligning care delivery with organizational goals in a complex healthcare environment.

• $275000 - $300000 Based on Experience

Requirements:

• Active Florida Medical License BE/BC
• Lead and oversee all medical providers (physicians NPs PAs)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records and medical documentation.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations including those from low-income or underserved communities is highly preferred.
• Establish and maintain clinical protocols policies and best practices
• Support provider recruitment onboarding and retention

• Oversee credentialing privileging and peer review processes

Responsibilities:

• Monday Friday (8am 5pm)
• Ensure compliance with HRSA federal and state healthcare regulations
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with COO/CEO on strategic planning and service expansion
• No Late Nights
• No Weekends

• No Call
