Position Summary: Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in a secure facility. The LPN will administer medications execute physician orders assist with clinical procedures and support the medical unit while ensuring compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide basic nursing care including administering medications supporting exams and monitoring patient health
Conduct sick calls and maintain accurate medical documentation
Manage medical supplies and ensure safe storage of medications
Support clinical operations including chart reviews and follow-ups for complex cases
Maintain confidentiality safety and compliance with accreditation standards
Assist in emergencies and coordinate patient movement as needed
Communicate effectively with staff administration and patients
Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved nursing program with LPN certification
Active LPN license in the state of employment
Valid drivers license
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a secure structured and high-paced environment
