Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Shelby MT Duration: 12 Weeks Shift: Days or Nights Available
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in a structured healthcare environment. The RN will play a critical role in supporting patient health through clinical expertise coordination of care and adherence to established medical standards and protocols.
This position requires strong clinical judgment attention to detail and the ability to respond effectively in fast-paced or emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities
Execute provider orders and assist in medical examinations and treatments
Administer medications and manage medication distribution in accordance with policies
Perform comprehensive patient assessments including intake and acute care evaluations
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate interventions
Supervise and support LPNs and non-licensed healthcare staff
Monitor patient hospitalizations and coordinate follow-up care or discharge planning
Maintain accurate timely and confidential medical documentation
Conduct pharmacy audits and ensure compliance with medication and controlled substance regulations
Observe document and report patient health status and behavioral changes
Provide patient education counseling and health promotion activities
Conduct safety and compliance inspections within medical units
Prepare reports logs and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external healthcare providers
Support accreditation processes and quality assurance initiatives
Respond to incidents emergencies and other critical situations as required
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma or Degree in Nursing)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana
Valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year of professional nursing experience
Experience in correctional or institutional healthcare settings
