Job Summary

Harper Auto Wash is looking for energetic outgoing and customer-focused team members to join us as a Customer Sales Champion.

In this position you will be one of the key faces of Harper Auto Wash helping create exceptional first impressions while introducing customers to the value of our Unlimited Pass options. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by turning great customer interactions into sales opportunities.

We are not simply looking for someone to stand at a paystation. We are building a high-energy positive customer-experience-obsessed team that knows how to connect with people explain value clearly and help customers choose the wash plan that best fits their needs.

What Youll Do

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Explain wash packages and promote the benefits of our Unlimited Pass program
• Help customers select the best option for their needs
• Create a smooth positive sales-driven experience at the paystations
• Represent the Harper Auto Wash brand with energy authenticity and professionalism

Position Details: full-time and and part-time positions available paying:

$13 base pay per hour plus commission onevery membership sold.
