Job Summary
Job Title: Packaging Operator Trainee
Pay: $14/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (Some weekends required)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packaging Operator Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level positionno prior experience required. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions especially heat and is ready to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Palletize materials efficiently and safely
- Perform general plant clean-up duties
- Assist with connecting and disconnecting railcars
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Spanish required; English is a plus (Spanish-only candidates welcome)
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- No felony convictions within the last 7 years
