Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients developing treatment plans and delivering therapy to improve mobility function and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions and exercise programs
Monitor and document patient progress
Adjust treatment plans based on patient response
Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and home exercise programs
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
Float to other clinics as needed

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Active state licensure (or eligibility)
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a fast-paced clinical environment
