About the Role

We are looking for a Production Operations Manager to join our growing this role youll help guide products through the full development and production lifecycle-partnering with customers coordinating with our factory teams and making sure every detail is right from concept through final delivery. If you enjoy managing projects end-to-end solving problems proactively and working closely with both creative and technical partners youll feel right at home here.

Positions Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to support product design and development helping bring new headwear ideas to life
• Prepare update and manage all documentation (tech packs) - including materials specs trims and artwork details - needed for accurate sampling and production
• Maintain clear timely communication with customers throughout the development process ensuring expectations are aligned and projects stay on track
• Coordinate and support daily communication with our factories troubleshooting issues and keeping production running smoothly
• Maintain our internal systems and data with accuracy and consistency

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• 3 years of relevant professional experience preferably in apparel design and/or product development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of problemsolving with both internal and external partners
• Strong attention to detail accuracy and organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the apparel or accessories industry
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator (preferred) and Photoshop (a plus)
