WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Professional II Energy & Community who will support the Energy & Community team in elevating Converse partnerships storytelling and community engagement.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Support planning and execution of Energy & Community initiatives.
- Coordinate project timelines deliverables and recaps.
- Collaborate with Brand Merch Product and Marketplace.
- Manage relationships with community partners and collaborators.
- Track product flow seeding and event needs.
- Conduct cultural and community research.
- Prepare presentations briefs and meeting materials.
- Support alignment between Geo and Global Energy teams.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelors degree in related field.
- 3 years experience in community marketing or partnerships.
- Understanding of cultural and community ecosystems.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Collaborative and proactive approach.
- Passion for culture and the Converse brand.
