We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient clinic in Granite City IL. Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule strong support staff and the opportunity to make a real impact in the community.
What Youll Do:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care (acute & chronic conditions)
- Perform physical exams diagnostics and develop treatment plans
- Deliver preventive care wellness visits and chronic disease management
- Prescribe medications immunizations and patient education
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (MAs nurses behavioral health)
- Maintain timely accurate EHR documentation
What Were Looking For:
- MD/DO with BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active Illinois license (or ability to obtain)
- Open to recent grads
- Team-oriented with strong patient care focus
