Whats your day like

As an ERP Systems Administrator at Mid-Ohio Food Collective your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of critical tasks. You will manage and support our ERP system ensuring its optimal performance and reliability. Daily activities will include troubleshooting system issues performing regular system maintenance and implementing updates to enhance functionality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements assess user needs and develop solutions that align with our mission. Regularly monitoring system integrity and data accuracy will be a key expectation as will providing training and support to staff on ERP usage.

Additionally you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to innovate our processes and enhance service delivery. Engaging with stakeholders to ensure customer-centric technology solutions will also be a fundamental part of your role.
