Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant

Seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) passionate energetic and people-focused Automotive Sales Consultant! If you thrive on connecting with people love the thrill of closing a deal and want to be part of the A-Team you will fit right in!

5 day work week - Saturday is mandatory.

Sale Department Hours: 9:00 am to 7:00pm

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk in customers.
• Respond via personalized email text or phone call to all online leads assigned by Vinsolutions.
• Complete a minimum of 20 phone calls daily to potential customers.
• Remove snow from vehicles when weather permits.
• Keep up to date on the inventory by checking logs and walking the lot daily.
• Meet monthly sale requirements per pay plan.
• Must stay up to date on all company and manufacturer required trainings throughout employment with the company.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to professionally communicate with management and coworkers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Must pass a background drug screening and have a clean mvr!

Education and Experience:

• Highschool diploma required.
• At least three years of sales experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
