Job Summary

On-call rotation required

25 hours per week

The Maintenance Worker maintains the grounds facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner - maintaining a wonderful home for your residents to live.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
Experience preferred but not required for plumbing dry wall carpentry and painting
At least 18 (eighteen) years of age and a valid Maine drivers license.All job offers are contingent upon receiving excellent references and passing the Maine State Background Check.
