Job Summary
Essential Duties
- Assistwith general maintenance tasks such as painting cleaning and minor repairs
- Helpmaintainthe landscaping by mowing trimming and watering plants
- Perform routine inspections of the facility toidentifyany maintenance needs
- Assistwith setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors
- Court Maintenance including Blowing Off Debris from Tennis Courts
- Picking up Trash around the Grounds
- Identifyand report to supervisor when supplies are needed
- Performs other duties asrequired basic knowledge of power tool use. Regular and Reliable Attendance
Requirements
- Previousexperience in maintenance or landscaping is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
