Job Overview

Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position at The Traditions Clearfork in Fort Worth TX. This role is based in an on-site outpatient clinic serving residents in an Independent and Assisted Living community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor and document patient progress
  • Communicate effectively with patients families and care team
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or graduating within 6 months)
  • Current (or eligible for) Texas PTA license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
