Job Summary
Precision Machine Parts Polisher Technician
Chester County PA
Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $22.00
1st Shift 7:00AM-3:30PM 2nd Shift 3:00PM -11:30PM 3rd Shift 11:00PM-7:30AM
Weekend Shift: 3- 12 hour shifts (Works 36 hours paid for 40 hours)
Responsibilities:
- Performs precision finishing and polishing of components
- Responsible for assembling multi-component parts maintaining high quality standards
- Support production flow in a clean regulated manufacturing environment
Requirements
Must Have Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing mechanical assembly or production environment
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good hand eye coordination and visual acuity
- Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in precision manufacturing or machine shop environments
- Technical training or certification in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
- Familiarity with clean room assembly or packaging procedures
