Travel Physical Therapist - School (Days)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist - School for a 43-week travel assignment in Roseburg OR.
Contract Details
- Monday-Friday Candidate will only be paid for hours worked. No Pay for School Holidays/closings
- Start Date: 8/17/2026
- End Date: June 2027
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Expected Hours: 40
- Location: Roseburg OR 97470
- Hourly Pay: $ 32.50
- Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00
- Weekly Total Pay: $2221.00
Birth to 3-home visits 3-5 preschool
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons
- Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about
- Develop an individualized treatment plan
- Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
- Use hands-on therapy such as massage to ease patients pain and provide stimulation to promote healing
- Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly
- Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have current active PT license
- Must have BLS/BCLS certification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication professionalism and reliability

- Drug screen and background check (facility required)
- Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
